+ Location is fantastic - In the first day the code to open the door didn't work.i had to call at night and wait for long time to fix.and the next day i went to the office to get the new code and it taked all the morning. they gave to us two codes, one to use during four days and another to use after these days.it was terrible.and the shower was broken, i told to them but they didn't fix.

Not impressed So I arrived and there was no one attending the building, after 10 hours travel you really just want to get settled no sit around for 30 minutes waiting for someone to turn up. Without telling me they had relocated me to another of their properties on Bleeker Street which with two large bags did not feel that near. Upon finally getting to my apartment I found it old, dated and unclean. I will not be staying here again.

Was a great little room in a great location. Entrance area was a little spartan and admin staff were not exceptional. Rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable.

+ The location is perfect. you have more than two metro lines, and near you have shops, bars, restaurants, whatever. however, the street is very quiet and you could sleep without problems. - Nobody expect us at the appartments, and nobody say us the phone where to call to be open. the office is in another street (but near). except anatoly, the russian guy, everybody was stupid. think that you can be on the third or fourth floor, and there's no elevator, it's hard to reach, but you are near the roof, lovely.

NEVER STAY HERE! Suites??? It's a joke, they are old converted apartments. There is no staff in the building, if you check in after 6pm there is a guy who barley understands English to check you in. They had checked someone else into my room and said I cannot get my room. Then they finally gave me another room, after I called and complained to Expedia. They will not shorten your stay, they want their money and will not help you. I am reversing charges on this room. I am an avid traveler and I spend half my life on the road. This is one of the worst places I have ever been.

very lovely area .terrace so cute! But no welcoming . difficult to get key .no contact at all during the stay . nobody answer at the telephone .impossible to get any information or to ask what is out of order (coffee mashine)or missing (no sauce pan at all ) You should precise there is no elevator

GREAT LOCATION! THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT VERY SMALL!!! UTENSELS WERE MISSING AND THE SPA DIDN'T FUNCTION EVEN THOUGH THE BATHROOM WAS NEWLEY RENOVATED. NO RECEPTION OR INFORMATION ON SITE, NO ROOM CHECK (CLEANING/FRESH TOWLELS) DURING A 3 DAY STAY. SEVERAL PHONE NUBERS TO CONTACT BUT NOT REALLY USEFULL UNLESS YOU HAVE AMERICAN CELLPHONE....
