Good location, bathroom could be cleaner (and was really far away from our room)

The room is very simple: no wall decorations. It's good enough for its price though. The location is pretty good, only 1 min walk from the subway. The hotel's staff is nice and helpful. However, during our 4 days stay, they ran out of hot water for 2 days and there's no heat in the building. It was freaking cold, especially when there was a big hole in the window. We asked for the electric heater but it didn't help much as its size was way too small.

Rooms were very cold without any form of radiator and each night we were kept awake for hours with a banging sound coming from within pipes in our room. The location is very good being only a few minutes from a subway station but if you want to have the energy to actually sightsee then stay elsewhere!

Just about passable for a one night stay. Wouldn't want to linger on there.

My reservation was not in the system and I had to show the staff my emails from hostelworld. The room was very COLD!! This may be okay for school groups but as an adult I didn't care for it and would propably never stay there again.

Unfortunately, we received the room on the ground floor, the room was very noisy and not that clean as I would expect for private room (dirty beds, bathroom and floor). The only good thing was that we got room with private bathroom. I can understand that we received the badly located room because we stayed just for one night. Fortunately for us, we were really tired after whole day walking so we got asleep despite of horrible street noise.
