Pan American a good hotel in Queens near by public transport (Grand Street) to downtown New York at a very reasonalbe rate, perhaps a little bit old fashioned but ok. The airport shuttle is very useful. I recommend the diner POP one block away. I will come again for a next stay in NY.

The Pan American was great! This hotel was GREAT. It was very clean and the staff who work at the hotel were very helpful!! It's definitely a good deal for the price and we could not have been happier.

the hotel was great the bus service to and from jfk was really welcome after a long flight. the only problem was on wednesday night at 2.30 being woken up by music from restaurant. but we were moved to another room no problem.the staff very helpful would

a good, simple hotel on a good location. quite a large room, bathroom wall a bit dirty, good (and hot!) shower though. very friendly staff and handy airport pick-up service.

Easy to find, just off the Queens subway As well as the subway you can get the bus (Q60)even closer into Manhattan and back again using the metro card. An experience in itself to cross over the Queensboro bridge. Also try the Tramway to Roosevelt Island - that's another worthwhile experience!

Free Pickup service from JFK is great! Close to the subway. After a whole day Manhattan is it perfect to stay in this hotel. POP Diner one block away is great! I will stay here again when i visit NYC the next time. Rooms at Queens Boulevard side can be noisy.

It was our first time to New york but the area seemed bad, but all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
