We had a very bad first day with this hotel. Our reservation was cancelled, they stuck us on the smoking floor after that, and they overbooked the room so we had people that came into our room while we were there cause they were supposed to be in that room too. After much complaining we finally got an apology. We felt like they didn't care we were extremely unhappy with their actions. The rest of our stay was good, no interupptions. Overall it is a pretty decent place to stay. The location is perfect! However if you are looking for something a little bit nicer than a Holiday Inn I wouldn't stay here cause that is about the quality of the rooms.

The front desk staff was not friendly or accomadating. I was with my sister and told that we could not have a room with two beds.. only a room with a king sized bed and a sofa-bed. The sofa-bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever...not to mention UGLY. We also found old food in the bottom desk drawer, which tells me that the room was not cleaned very well. The room's "environmentally friendly" A/C turned off anytime there was no movement in the room. So it was warm everytime we returned to the room. The room looked nothing like the room on the website. I definitely do not recommend this hotel!
