We loved everything about this hotel. I had never been to NY. I always heard the rooms were small in all of the hotels. Our room was big. We had a king size bed,2 leather sofa chairs, a desk, 2 night stands and a dresser w/an lcd tv and we still had lots of space to wander around in our room. We had a gorgeous view of Time Square on the 43rd floor. The room was really modern and the bathroom very clean. I give it 2 thumbs up! Great service too. Everyone was very courteous. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to anyone else!

The rooms are small. The furniture needs to be discarded and new brought in. The TV worked half the time and room was dirty. Sheets had holes. AVOID!

I'm A flight attendant. Staying at the hotel almost every week. I just can't see who would pay any amount of money to stay at this hotel. The rooms are not clean and a poor costumer service.

I had truly extraordinary service at the Millennium Broadway: (1) I had a last-minute change-of-plans and they didn't charge me for an extra night; (2) I had some dry cleaning that I had to leave when I departed quickly -- they fedex'd it to me and...

I had truly extraordinary service at the Millennium Broadway: (1) I had a last-minute change-of-plans and they didn't charge me for an extra night; (2) I had some dry cleaning that I had to leave when I departed quickly -- they fedex'd it to me and it actually beat me home. Everyone I met there was exceedingly helpful. Just a wonderful experience. I'd stay there again even if it wasn't a bargain (which it is!).

The exterior of this hotel is great and so is the lobby. The room needed paint and certainly doesn't look anything like the picture on the website.

We were on the 51st floor of the older section (not premier) of the hotel. We had a fantastic view that included the Chrysler building. I feel the hotel is a fair rate for such a great location, very comfortable king bed and very large room. The...
