I've been to this hotel twice so far. The first time, the room I had was small and cramped, and the people next door had an alarm going off for a long time while we were trying to sleep. The more recent time, I got my room upgraded because my credit card was taking a while to work. The room was a lot better, and there was a great view. They also gave us two full size beds instead of two twins. The location is right in the theater district, and right in Times Square.

I expected much more. It was like a moderate motel. Uncomfortable bed, outdated comforter, dirty outdated drapes and furniture that was banged and marked up. I actually lifted up a portion of the wallpaper in the bathroom that was pealing off and...

The cleaning services were excellent, my friend actually left out about $5 in change, nad we were surprised that it was still there after the maids had cleaned. You really don't see honest people like that anymore. Props for that.

We spent 10 nights at the Milford Plaza June 18th to 28th 2005, booked it before we found the reviews on it on the net, started to think we had made a big mistake as most were not good with coments like "Mildew Plaza".
