Right in the center of things What a wonderful stay we had. The minute we walked into this beautiful hotel, someone was there offering help. The double room we had was spacious and comfortable(especially the beds). The half-price theatre ticket office was right there at our hotel. Both hop-on /hop-off bus routes were close by, not to mention 2 Starbucks shops in the hotel. Check-in was the fastest I’d ever done. There were several restaurants in the hotel as well as the fact that we were located right in the middle of Times Square. Theatres were all around us and we were a few blocks from the subway. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Traveler's tip on nightlife If you love the theatre I’d purchase tickets to my 1st choice play ahead of time and then the second night go downstairs to the half-price ticket booth and puchase tickets there. Make sure you take cash for that purchase! They don’t take credit cards.

there is nothing at all good about this hotel. there were people doing innapropriate things in the elevator, my room was dirty, i was cursed at the counter, and they charged my check card 3 times causing my checking account to go into the negative, which in turn caused 5 checks to bounce. they were in no way helpful in resolving this to say the least.

Took my wife for her first visit to NYC and I couldn't have picked a better place. First timers must stay here with a Times Square view room!!

great view of Times Square This was an extremely busy hotel - good service. We did not eat at the hotel. The rooms had a very musty smell (especially the bathroom), but were quite comfortable and our view of Times Square was amazing! Great location. OUr concierge was very helpful and I think they handled the packed hotel quite well with taxi service, bags, etc.
