Manhattan Club Suites

- we requested a non smoking room and were given a smoking room, it smelled terrible. wasn't possible to change - front desk was unhelpful when checking in, check in was at a ridiculous time (4pm) so we had to put in a good 6hrs wandering the city instead of relaxing a bit - decor outdated as were the carpets (i didn't want to walk around without shoes - lifts were ancient and took forever to come - overpriced for what it was, basically a timeshare place - location was quite good for being close to central park etc - concierge was helpful - toiletries were excellent would definitely never stay again and would not recommend

Our room was lovely, the only complaint that I had was that it was quite dark as there was no central light and we overlooked the well of the building. The hotel is in a brilliant position in New York as it was close to everything. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Rooms were very warm... "air conditioning" system only put out heat so had to open windows to cool rooms. Location is ideal.

I was delighted with the facilities and the location. would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be using the Manhattan Club Suites again.

This was a great place to stay. Although one of the beds was a pull out sofa, they were all very comfortable. We also had a roll in brought in. This did not leave much spare room at night time, but once the beds were away it was brilliant. The room had a bedroom and a lounge with a kitchen,dishwasher etc. We were very central for everywhere. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and everywhere was very clean. We would definitely stay there again.

I was delighted with the facilities and the location. would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be using the Manhattan Club Suites again.

ELEVATORS SLOW DURING OUR VISIT. SERVICING AND AVAILABILIY ISSUES. OTHERWISE VERY GOOD.
