The Landmark 149th Studios is located in upper Harlem in New York City near Hamilton and Washington Heights. In this area you can see the Washington Bridge at night. Have a real Harlem experience visiting gospel sessions every Sunday. Nick’s club is not at all far from the studios. Also, from this location you easily reach the Big Apple centre quickly using the convenient subway system, which will take you to Midtown in just 20 minutes. You can see all that Manhattan has to offer, visiting the Empire State, Rockefeller Centre, Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Central Park, see the Flatiron building and more! All the 6 apartments have their own private bathroom and small but functional kitchenette. There is even a small dishwasher and a microwave. Though the apartments are small, they are cosy and are perfect for tight budgets. Most of them have access to a small garden in the back and all apartments have their own separate entrances. There are four floors total. These studios are doubles, triples and quadruples (the latter has either bunk beds or double beds). There is internet at the apartments, fresh linens, a public car park nearby for those arriving by car. A great place to stay in Harlem and just a few stops from Manhattan centre!
