I was extremely pleased with our experience! The rooms are roomy and quite. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchenette is really a treat especially when traveling with a family. I loved the balcony.

Switched to this hotel last minute based on positive reviews but have to say that I would never stay there. True, decent location and the rooms are big BUT the furniture in the living room was completely worn, the room had an awful smell, carpeting was old and the front desk girl was extremely rude. The lobby was extremely small and the elevators were the pits. Found a MUCH better hotel for the same price just down the street.

Great NYC experience The hotel was great. The sleeper sofa could be more comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the stay. Location is great. there are places to eat in close proximity. Traveler's tip on local attractions We loved the show--Spelling Bee. it was so great and a reasonable walk from hotel. if there during late fall and winter, take warm clothes, hats, gloves, scarfs..AND take money. we took bicycle ride back from one show and really enjoyed it.

This hotel was great for a two day stay in the city i must say that the balcony views were beautiful at night and my only problem was the front desk staff. very rude to my little brother and they treated me like a kid when they noticed me.

Great mid-town location, it's easy to walk or take a short cab ride anywhere. Room was functional with a nondescript blank wall view.Beware - the front desk personnel are some of the most inept I have run across. Rude, haughty and entirely unhelpful. On our day of departure, the Concierge claimed she could not secure a Town Car for our airport trip - only a limo! My husband walked outside for 1/2 block and hired a driver on the spot. Better value and a more service oriented approach can be found elsewhere.

Home away from home Best value for money I’ve found in New York - never an easy city to get satisfactory accommodation. Highlights are friendly and efficient service from all staff, convenience of suites, central location.
