Wonderful hotel I went with a roommate of mine for job interviews and to find an apartment to live in and this hotel was perfect. We had the two twin bed room with private bath and we were completely satisfied. Maid service was wonderful, front desk was great. I am a fairly humble person and didnt require much but was completely satisfied with our environment and service.

on holiday - one of reception staff was extremely ignorant and unhelpful - the rest were fine.Room not made up one day. it seems to have a lot of semi-permanent guests. i would not want to saty there again. Hotel prices were high when i booked as it was NY Maraton weekend

When your looking for a budget place to stay with private rooms (with own bathroom) then this is an OK place to stay. Location is good, hotel is old en looks a bit dirty. Rooms are very small, old but mostly clean. There were no facilities. The pictures on the website are far better then the real thing. However, the hotel was rebuilding the place when we where there (Feb. 2008), so maybe it will get better.

Good Value for Money Basic hotel with clean rooms with none of the trimmings at all. Good for a trip on a shoestring.
