I would stay again The hotel was very clean, everyone was so nice and supportive. Knowning that i had never been to New York City before, they give me information on how to get around as well as back to the hotel. Not one time there in my fives days was i lost, they also let me have a later check since my flight wasnt until 7pm.

The hotel is nice and affordable... my friends and I were quite satisfied in our stay. The daytime reception is friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of the pick and drop shuttle bus service... convenient to public transport...and the breakfast is nice... Should we visit NY again... we will definetely stay in this hotel again.....my friend only wish he can choose a room that is far from the lift lobby.... it is a little noisy hearing people coming in and out... This may be a difficult to resolve, but with a short note of "Please be considerate with other guest...keep your voice down" or anything similar...might help.

Poor service Unhelpful person at desk & organisation of the shuttle is ridiculous. Small bus shared with another hotel which caused us to book & pay for a taxi despite us being assured we would have a place when booking in the previous evening. Will not return...EVER.

Great for the need It is located near major travel routes on Long Island and close to JFK airport. Buses to the airport are available on a reasonable schedule.

Won't be going back to this hotel Don't venture out into the immediate vaccinity of this hotel especially after dark. Always get a taxi to the subway station and travel into New York via this.

Overnight for international travel This was less expensive than other choices.

very friendly staff, and that in NEWYORK. It was abit far from all attractions though and pretty expensive for the given. Not terrible though

Take care! I'm not complicated person. However, I had the worst experience in my whole life in this hotel. Is a very expensive fare for a bad service. Somebody tried to open the door of my room and I was scared too much.

Not Impressed I should have read the reviews before i booked the Hotel
