My buddies and I were in New York recently for a concert. Got a great rate for the Hotel Pennsylvania. Didn't spend long in our room, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Would come back.

Best Location in NYC, very close to Penn station and Madison SQ Garden. This isn't a 5 star hotel but absolutely a good return for my dollars.

I got off the bus and walked across the street to the Hotel Pennsylvania. That was the first good point of my 10-day stay at this hotel. My room was comfortable and cozy, and quite large, with great customer service. There were five of us and we got up every morning and enjoyed the special internet room with complimentary breakfast which was always a treat. What I loved most was the proximity to all of New York's downtown landmarks. We could walk anywhere. And this hotel is quite reasonably priced, particularly for New York and with such a great location. This was amongst the most memorable experiences of my life and I stayed at the Hotel Pennsylvania!
