Loved this (little) place!!! Choose 3-4 things for each day that you are there and use a map to find out where all the places are that you want to see. Then group things together that are in the same area. Oh, and wear comfortable shoes!!

Much better quality than expected for the price. Our room was much quieter than we thought it would be as the hotel is in the middle of New York but this is what made it easy to get anywhere.

Okay Budget Hotel We discovered a great little cafe (Guy and Gullard, it is a chain) on the corner of Park and 31st - great breakfasts, great service and only cost about $15 for the 2 of us to have a full breakfast, juices and coffes. Would recommend to anyone staying at the hotel.

Good place to stay There's a restaurant called "Gramercy Tavern". It is a fancy restaurant, but not so expensive. Their food were extremely good. When I have a chance to go back to NY, I will definately visit this restaurant again. Also, buy an unlimited 1day or 7days metro card if you are planning to use a public transportation in NY; you can use the metro card both for subway and bus. In my case, I purchased the umlimited 7days metro card (which costs only $24), and it saved me a lot of money!

I will stay here again Very nice hotel. Can't ask for more. very helpful staff. the shared bathrooms were not bad at all. very clean!. The location is excellent, one block from subway, 6 blocks from penn station. I believe that for the price is the best you can get in midtown New York.
