    Good location on west side just a few blocks from Broadway and Central Park. One elevator worked another under maintenance. Good basic room, no AC but 3 windows (could get hot in summer bring a fan), close to green belt parks along the Hudson too;...

    If a lot cheaper than 100 USD/night it might be good, but our doubleroom with private bath was really poor. The door to the toilet wasn´t possible to close, there were fungus on the floor, no lamps beside the bed and so on and so on...

    It is an illegal hotel first of all. shared bathrooms that have mold and misc hairs here and there. thin mattresses. cash only. may keep your reservation fee without refund. dirty. think doors. loud.
