Can't wait to go back I had a "GREAT" stay at the Hotel. Only complaint I have is that I was not permitted to buy my breakfast and take it back to my room.

Bad plumbing I stayed at the Hilton for a week with a business associate. Our rooms were next to one another. I reserved a king size bed for both of us and was given two rooms with double beds. That was fine. The first night of the stay, my associate took a bath and when she let her water out, the drainage came up in my bath tub. This information was called down to the front desk and they offered to send Maintenance up @ 10:30 at night. I explained that it was late and needed to have rest for my business day the next day. THey stated someone would fix it the next day. This problem was NEVER fixed. When I took a shower each morning, the water would go down and then my associate’s water would come back up when she finished bathing. The day help at the front desk was not friendly at all and when we were checking in there was a guest at the front desk complaining about something and the two desk workers were speaking to each other in Spanish. They were both talking about what a problem this person was, right in front of her, but in Spanish. The food was really good in the restauraunt, this alone saved my stay.

If I return to Hasbrouck Hts, I would stay at the Hilton again. I enjoyed staying at this hotel. However, when I booked the room I did it because it stated a hotel shuttle as an ammenity, which I needed. I ended up taking a cab from the airport and did not feel that safe as it was hard to communicate with the driver. After talking with the hotel staff, they told me their shuttle only goes within a 4 mile distance. This only includes the Teterboro airport. I think they should make that clearer on their website. However, they did secure a very reputable driver back to the airport. The only problem is that I spent approximately an extra $200.00 for transportation to and from the hotel.

Reasonable Price Places to check out in NYC: Times Square, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Clubs: Chelsea area & Meat Packging District (hottest night clubs in US other than LA). Do your research before going there.

Low quality for high price You have the feeling to be in a low-cost hotel rather than a Hilton. All public spaces are small, the interior lacks imagination and the finish is cheap or in bad shape. The same accounts for the room. Apart from being close to the local coroporate airport, the hotel is poorly situated, i.e. far away from restaurants, stores, recreational areas, NYC, etc. The hotel itself does not provide a lot of infrastructure either. The pool is cold. We booked the hotel from a foreign country in a rush. It was a mistake. We cannot recommend this hotel. For the same price you can get better hotels in the neighborhood.
