Good to stay for one night I liked the service and the comfort of the hotel. One thing that it wasnt that good, is the food they offer.

Great! Stayed over one night when I was in Queens for a wedding. The hotel was very nice. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Hilton scores again! One week prior to our vacation, I also found myself in a Hilton in San Diego (Hilton Mission Valley). I was so impressed by their service, but I thought maybe it was just in the California air. Well, Hilton proved me wrong right in the heart of Queens/Jamaica, New York. Once again, I was floored by the level of service from the front desk staff. Their complimentary shuttle even took us to the nearest convenience store to pick up some beer! My family usually stays in the cheapest available, but now I think we will always pay the difference to stay in a Hilton. Can’t say enough; way to go Hilton! Just keep doing what you’re doing!

nice hotel but dangerous in car park it is nice hotel and nice room. but we are the first one that was happen in hotel about the hotel car park. we just park for 5 minutes and then we thought that we forgot the GPS in the car. we came down fromt he room to take it. but our mirror of car was broken by thief to steal the GPS. we complain to hotel but no response for that. so, i mean that this hotel area is not safe. it is nice hotel and welknown but the security of car park is not good. please, be careful your car every time you park there...

Ideal for airport Excellent for an overnight stay between flights. Our room was waiting for us when we checked in at midnight. Shuttle service to the airport the following morning was on time and efficient.

slept good, shower great arrived after midnight and greeted warmly, found room very comfortable, fitted for handicap so use of shower and toilet were good for our needs.

Best for JFK As always - great hotel to stay in near the airport. It's simple but you still get that extra level of service that is expected of a hilton.

Good JFK hotel, some quibbles Clean, efficient and comfortable. But, shuttle from JFK arrived after 20 minutes, did not have 2 Queen beds as requested and did not have any additional rollaway beds either, weekend buffet closed an hour earlier than time noted in the room. On the plus side, mini-store in the hotel and 2 Internet PCs were very helpful; alongwith the staff.
