Four Points By Sheraton Manhattan - Chelsea

I have stayed at many hotels over the years--nationally and internationally. This staff ranked high among the can-do attitude. They were personable, friendly and everyone smiled! For a NYC hotel, quite impressive. Although I was only there one night, I would stay there again in a New York Minute. Excellent service. Beds were quite comfortable.

Recently renovated rooms. Rooms too small and too dark.

The Four Points was very comfortable although a little chilly. The room was very clean, excellent quality beds and bedding. The bathroom was modern and clean. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The location was so so.

Im very happy with the hotel, the location is great and the rooms are good. Its and small room for 4 people, but its and excelent choice.

The Four Points Sheraton was overall disappointing. The lobby is fairly small with a small area for waiting that is in the way for those cheking in and out and generally causing traffic headaches. When asked for help with access to the subway, staff said, "Oh, just out there on seventh." No direction as to whether seventh was to the right or left out the door or where on seventh the access was located. For the cost the rooms were small, cool, and the drapes/blinds did not work right. The hotel was relatively convenient for my purposes.

We made reservations based on the positive reviews we read online. We were not disappointed. The place is very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Also, found the location convenient to all forms of transportation.

It was smaller than expected because it calls beds four comfort so we thought we had four beds but we had two room very small but very lcean as was everything and restaurant was very good English was not spoken by some staff and management so it seemed unfriendly until we figured out why

Hotel good, restaurant disappointing Hotel in a good area for Chelsea. Rooms were cute and comfortable, though small as most NYC hotel rooms. Restaurant was disappointing, staff tried hard, but evening staff had no knowlege of the menu. Overall, okay.
