Never stayed at the Empire Hotel before and I was so happy with everthing. The location is great -- a lot of buzz at night. My room had a king bed and I had a great view of Lincoln Center -- really beautiful at night. Free wireless internet, amaz

I'm still recovering from the bed bug bites I received in room 806. Construction noise kept me up the rest of the nights once I'd been "upgraded". A horrible experience. Stay elsewhere.

My experience with this hotel was very disappointing. I travel a lot and have stayed in some very nice hotels across the country and have come to rely heavily on the star rating system. It has never failed me until this past weekend. I booked this h

The room was small, but clean and tidy. Early mornings I went to their lounge for coffee and to listen to jazz recordings. A wonderful location, close to Lincoln Center.

I have stayed in most 4 & 5 star hotels in NYC but on a recent trip was on a budget. Got a great deal and will definitely be back. The room was typical size for NYC, clean, comfortable, and perfect for the trip. The staff couldn't help more. Highly Recommend.

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. The service was amature, Small and Dirty rooms. Don't waste your money on this low standard hotel.

Very satisfactory The "top of the rock" at the Rockefeller Centre has shorter queues than the Empire State building, is cheaper to enter, and the added bonus of a great view of the Empire State Building itself.

The newly renovated Empire Hotel on 63rd Street was absolutely gorgeous. The location was right in the heart of Manhattan, walking distance to the Lincoln Center, Central Park, and the 59th St subway entrance. The lobby was exquisite and the lounge area was decorated in a very dramatic style. While the room was a little crowded (a double-double, two full sized beds) for 4 women who did lots of shopping, it was extremely clean and well appointed. We were on the 1st floor and our window overlooked Broadway. We opened the window and just enjoyed watching the city. The staff was excellent and took good care of us tourists. There were restaurants, drugstores, fruitstands and anything else you needed within two blocks in every direction. We would stay here again and again!
