Disappointed and Can’t wait to leave Remote and desolete neighborhood, indifferent receptionist, smelly room, noisy street, all these made my stay there very unpleasant. Do consider customers’ experience, which may help prevent a trip from being spoiled.

Nice amenties for the price We were shocked at how clean and comfortable the room and bathroom were. In the morning, the front desk volunteered to call a cab for us even though I had only asked them for the number to one. We were also pleasantly surprised at the continental breakfast each morning.

Better spend a little more... Public transport (bus) is about a five minute walk away which is about the only positive thing I can say about this place. Traveler's tip Walk uphill and catch the bus to Midtown Manhattan for $2. Goes about every 15-20 minutes or so.

Not impressed While the room was clean, it looked a bit rundown. Some renovations are in order, probably for all of the hotel. The room temperature could be a problem in the hotter months; it was not very comfortable on this particular night, and the heating/cooling unit was not working properly. We had to open a window and turn on the fan to get a good temp in the room. The drawback to this was the fact that the room faced a very busy highway. If this continues to be an issue, the hotel should provide earplugs for its guests. The hotel was convenient, but I would be inclined to look elsewhere when I need a room in the area.
