The Dream Hotel is a nice place to stay. It has a cool dreamy style with blue lights throughout the room and a really cool tube aquarium in the lobby. Everybody was friendly and made you feel welcome and the service was good. It is a nice part of the city too. I would definitely consider returning to the Dream Hotel.

Very small space for such price. Website was accurate in stating small room. However it was much too small for the price paid. Could have stayed in a hotel, bit further away, but compensated by the large space. No room to even put the luggage. And coffee/tea maker.... For NY that is low standard

This is a great hotel in a great location. This was my first time in New York and it could not have been a better place to stay. It's 5 - 10 minutes walk away from Central Park, 5th Avenue, Time Square and there is a subway station at the end of the st

An interesting place. It is trying maybe a bit too hard to be a trendy boutique hotel like the Bowery or the Soho Grand. In reality is a notch under these. But for the price it was good and if you want to be in Times Square area it's great. Art and ambience contribute to a sexy atmosphere. Reasonable alternative for a romantic weekend.

Night in Manhattan I have stayed at this hotel a few time. This time however @ 11:03 they started calling the room repeatedly for me to check out. I was ready to leave but taking a business call on my cell phone and this was very annoying. My only complaint.

Hip (hop) hotel near Central Park This hotel is a great destination. It is good value for money you get a 4 star service at 3 star size. Everything looks undersize (three-machine) gym, but it is worth it. The hotel is ultra-hip and so is the clientele queueing round the block to go to the Ava Lounge, one of the hippest bars in NY. This is really not the place were you would take your granny, but you would definitely would like to bring a date (as long as you are happy to remain really close together because of the size of the room).
