The one problem i had was the hotel cleaning women let herself into the room when I was in bed. She did not knock.

The hotel room was dirty, the front desk staff didn't care. The 'shuttle' into Manhattan (otherwise a taxi is $60) is always over booked. The pillows had a stale 'dirty hair' smell. The restaurant had great food, but only one waiter who was tring to serve twelve tables, seat people and do the bills. Pity about this. Great steak! as to the hotel - never again. don't do it!

I would recommend that the hotel has a tourist rep who knows how to get back and from New York or at least paperwork to support your purpose of visit. I would never stay there again I have travelled all over the world and this is a poorly situated hotel
