It is a clean, central hotel. The staff is friendly, and have suggestions on where to go.

Great location and good value for money. Some of the guests on our floor were very noisey, coming in at all hours and talking in loud voices in the hallways. Some sat on the floor outside their romm, smoking and joking at 4:00 am.

As a whole I did not use the hotel services too much because I was barely ever in the hotel. However, they did provide a small selection of complementary breakfast foods in the lobby area each morning, which was quite nice. I must say though that the staff is very helpful and friendly. In fact, our last day at the hotel our car was over an hour late picking us up to take us to the airport. The receptionist at the time, Gabriel, helped us by calling the company and attempting to get them to hurry. My friends and I had arranged for our own pickup, but Gabriel said that if we were to have asked her to book it for us she was more than happy to. She was willing to walk us to the subway and direct us on which train and which stop to take in order to get to the airport. I enjoyed my stay at the Da Vinci Hotel and plan to stay there again the next time I visit New York City.

"DaVinci - I think not - more like kitschy 19th century. Clean, but definitely not stylish. Lobby furniture was torn and dirty. Breakfast was lousy. Rooms were functional, but not great. Location was good. Probably wouldn't stay there again."

The DaVinci hotel was better then expected. It was clean and had a great location. When in NY City you do not spend a lot of time in your room so what I felt was most important was the location and cleanliness and this hotel was great with both.

The DaVinci hotel was everything, and nothing more, than how it was represented on its Web page. The location couldn't be better - walking distance to Times Square and Central Park. The rooms were very basic. Wouldn't want to stay here for an...

We stayed here because of a reccomendation from friends and also the price. The rooms where large and very clean. The bellman was very friendly and so was the frontdesk staff. We did not eat at the restaraunt because we wanted to experience NY. There were some problems. The internet never worked, they forgot our early check-in, the computers went down when it was finaly time to check-in and service to the rooms was slow(towels, pillow, etc). With so many choices, I may not stay here again.

The two girls at the front desk were extremely nice and were a big help with dining suggestions and getting around New York quick and easy. One of them volunteered and booked a reservation for the shuttle back to the airport for me and when they...
