Comfort Inn Jfk Airport

The offer for an early check in and late check out was great, and made the trip comfortable. I was not impressed that we had to pay a cab 20 dollars to take us to the station on the 4th - when this is advertised as free. Also, it is not good enough to say that a shuttle will be there in a few minutes (from JFK) when this takes an hour. Surely, one should know the times. The lady assisting at breakfast is most unpleasant and rude, and this put a damper on our mood. But, overall, the experience was good and I would use the hotel again.

Clean Comfortable and Convenient recommended Make sure that if you take a yellow cab that the taxi driver actually knows where he is going! Our driver didn't and tried to charge us $20 extra for his mistake on getting lost. Needless to say, he didn't get it but he did get a tip from me - BUY A MAP!

okay This hotel is priced too high for what it offers, the room was fine but not for the money. if you get a good deal then stay in because it is clean inside the room, the continental breakfast was good, and the shuttle to jfk was convenient. overall it was alright, but I just would not want to go there again, unless there is absolutely no choice

I’ll stay away from this hotel unless I have no other option. The hotel is ideally located but lacks quality service. Instead of a regular room, I was assigned a room for the handicapped in the lobby floor, right next to a much used, noisy elevator. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that no other rooms were available and I was stuck with whatever I had. The staff was friendly yet uncooperative.

Grey shuttle bus service, but basic hotel for a lot of money in a seedy area, but close to the airport.

helpful personnel even very late at night common space (corridors, elevator, reception), more than rooms, need refurbishing: small things like new paint etc woul help very much

THERE ARE BETTER PLACES NEARBY Main complaint is no dining room. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay OK if your main need is to save money

Although the hotel is technical at the airport, it takes over an hour to get from the exit of an airport terminal to the hotel because of the poor shuttle service.
