Good hotel near the Jacob Javits Convention Center. It is also a good hotel if you do not want to stay in the heart of midtown, however, the area in which it is located can be intimidating if you are not familiar with NYC. Prices are steep but all

Cheap trip to NYC We found the Comfort Inn (the one at the Lincoln Tunnel) to be perfect for an affordable hotel close enough to everything! The rooms were quite small, the elevator slow, and the place was a bit run-down, but for the money we saved we didn’t notice a bit! The continental breakfast is a very nice perk with lots to choose from! The subway is only a few blocks, Time Square and Empire State Building were all within walking distance, so the location was good. We were amused by the giant bright pink ITunes billboard on the side of the building that made the hotel easy to pick out from atop the ESB and Top of the Rock! All-in-all a good chioce for those traveling on a budget that are able to walk to few blocks to get to where you want to go. THe staff was very nice too! Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Difinitely do one of the double-decker bus tours - we did the Greyline two-day pass for all four loops as it was only $10 more than the 1-day. It is the easiest way to see the most possible, you can get on and off, and you get to see things you otherwise would not have been able to get to. Plus, the tour guides are very informative for the most part.

Good location The hotel room was very clean and the staff were nice. The room was small, but servicable. The best aspect of the hotel was how close it was to everyplace we wished to see.

Basic rooms, with simple breakfast service. The location however is quite good for visiting all attractions, down town from the Central Park. It is not very expensive, but as said, no luxury at all.

The facilities were clean and neat. Although the room was small and sleeping in a twin bed was a bit strange, all in all is was a nice experience

Cleanliness of Room The room looked nice on the surface - the bathroom was very clean. However, when I moved the bedside table a bit to plug in my cell phone charger there was cigarette butts and a used condom. Very disgusting. There was also long black hair on the sheets when I pulled back the comforter.

we liked the ' do it yourself ' breakfast.... eat at your own pace and what you like. Good location, minutes walk from Penn Station and all the action round |Times Square. A good budget hotel with no frills

Good Reasonable Priced Mid-town Hotel Hotel clean and good quality. Continental breakfast good. Reasonable price for Manhattan. Room small but I think all are in Manhattan. Not the best neighborhood but OK. I will definitely consider staying here again. Traveler's tip on local attractions Just a few blocks walk to Jacob Javits Center, Penn Station, Port Authority, and Times Square.
