Great Value Hotel and staff were both excellent - for a Comfort Inn (i.e. better than most Comfort Inns). Only downer respecting the hotel was that the room was small. BUT - the area leaves something to be desired. Coming back from Manhattan late at night by subway, it is necessary to walk past a couple of large subsidized housing projects to get the the industrial street where the hotel is located. The workaround is to travel by taxi at night from Manhattan - you would still save huge amounts compared to staying in similar accomodation in Manhattan. (Note: daytime travel by subway and walking in the area is not a problem - it appears the whole area is slowly in transition to a higher standard.)

+ Neat and tidy rooms with comfortable beds. front desk staff helpful and friendly. - There are no airport shuttles to either jfk or laguardia airports.

good value Hotel Hotel has been clearly built in an area due for re-generation. Hotel itself was excellent value, but area may be off putting for some. though 5 mins walk from a subway station where you can get the subway directly to Times Square for 2 dollars made it a useful base.

Comfort Inn The Inn is in an industrial area of Brooklyn. The staff is nice but not overly helpful. The room was very small and overpriced.

Good if all of Manhattan is booked Find the subway stops and you can get to and from the airport and/or Manhattan, but be sure to check out the beautiful neighborhoods of Brooklyn too. More then a few are within a short or long walk from the hotel.

Great place, but no parking space! Hotel is clean, and new, everything was ok, only problem, was the parking.
