Club Quarters Midtown - Times Square

Comfortable bed.Small room, few amenities, construction was going on.“Not very satisfied. Small room.”

The hotel has a great location, very efficient rooms, and it is of great value! The only little thing i would say is do not expect to be answered right away when calling the front desk (sometimes had to call back 2-3 min. later to try to get someone to answer).

Great Location! Club Quarters is in a great central location, one minute walk from 5th Ave, and subway on 6th Ave. five minute walk from Time's Square. Very clean and friendly staff. Free internet access! The room was small but we did not mind as we spent most of our time out shopping and siteseeing.

I was very pleased with Club Quarters Midtown. It is only a few blocks from Times Square. The rooms were clean and large for NY. The beds were extremely comfortable and had great linens for such a reasonable hotel.

Good Location Great Location for bars and comedy clubs of mid town

Upon arriving at 11:00 pm on a Friday (delayed plane but that is another story) we arrived in the lobby to hear a woman complaining very loudly that she couldn't believe she didn't have a room. I thought to myself thank goodness we confirmed our reservation. When our turn came to check-in we were told that we too did not have a room - they were overbooked! (We heard later that about 10 people had the same experience that night) At 11:00 at night we were forced to walk to another hotel, with all our luggage, in which they had securred us a room (more like a closet). The next day upon returning to the Club Quarters for our second night we found that for all of our trouble all we would receive was a coupon for a future 2-night stay. Why would we ever want to stay there again! Do not think that because you have reserved your room a with a credit card that there will be one waiting there when you arrive.

this place is a great secret Wonderful location - close enough to Times Square but outside a bit, so somewhat removed from the hustle and bustle. Close to Radio City, theaters, Grand Central Terminal, everything. We had a "kitchenette" (but I can't tell which room, in their description it is, now. I think Expedia uses different terms to describe the rooms) so there was a frig and since there is a deli across the street, it was easy to get a bottle of wine and cheese and crackers for an appetizer. I booked again immediately.

+ Location of hotel good. Had a room on the 10th floor which was small but adequate and reasonably comfortable. Free internet (with printer for boarding pass) in hotel - very useful.
