Loved this hotel. The staff is fantastic, more than accomodating. They went out of their way to make our stay great. The hotel is like having your own apartment. It is comfortable, convenient and clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. We are actually bringing a bigger group next time and will not hesitate to book this hotel. Thanks!!!

i have stayed at the best western hospitality house for my last 2 trips to new york and would absolutely stay again. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Five of us stayed in this apartment and there was plenty of room for us all (and our shopping). The hotel is conviently located, add to this extremely friendly and helpful staff and you have a great holiday in front of you.

I was quite disappointed with the Best Western Hospitality House. Elevator smelled like garbage and room was rather dingy...and not cheap!

We returned to the Hospitality House knowing that we would find a friendly staff to greet us, a spacious apartment, and a lovely breakfast waiting in our kitchen - and that is exactly what we found. The hotel is in an ideal location for all Midtown activities (theatre, shopping, Central Park, & countless restaurants.) We were able to combine business & pleasure in this homelike atmosphere which is not always easy to find in NYC. We would love to keep the Hospitality House a personal secret just for us, but it deserves to be enjoyed by all. You will love the atmosphere and end up feeling like a resident of New York!

the lobby can get a little crowded as its so small, but as we didnt spend a lot of time there it really didnt matter.there was scaffolding outside too which looked a bit unsightly but i guess thats a temporary thing.

It has a great location! Less than 2 blocks from Rockefeller Center....easy walking distance to Broadway shows. It was the perfect place for a group of 7 of us--3 adults, 4 teenagers, on a budget to see the NYC sights. (We paid $178.00 + tax in the summer of 2003 for a 4th floor 2 bedroom with a pull out sofa.) The apartment was clean, the furniture, circa 1960s, was in great condition and added a retro look to the place. It was furnished with clean linens and towels. The kitchen had the necessary equipment to cook a meal. Only drawback: 1 bathroom, but we managed. We will return as it is an excellent value for a temporary home-away-from-home in otherwise expensive Manhattan.

I booked a room with four (4) beds for our family vacation, my sister?s family of 5 also stayed at the hotel. With out explanation or apology I was given a room with only 3 beds and was unable to even get a roll away.
