My choice for next visit... The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Several good restaurant choices to walk to. Parking could be a problem (expensive if you use valet).

Nice Hotel and great location Do Not Drive. The traffic is very congested and parking is mostly at meters on the street, you are better off walking.

Ok if you have no other choice It takes about an hour to get to the city via subway from this hotel (even though what I heard before I got there is that it takes 35min). My room rattled and squeaked every time a subway would pass in the street below and the floor squeaked while walking around the room. Very annoying. Internet access was good and the subway station is just a block away. I got in at 6:00am and couldn’t get an early checkin (even though I requested one ahead of time) so had to lounge around in the lobby and change clothes in the restroom (no gym or showers to get organized in). Breakfast was pretty good.

Over-priced. They are the only hotel in the area. No choice. Over priced because they are the only hotel in the area.

Will stay there again The hotel staff are cheery and helpful, and did well in directing me to terrific neighborhood restaurants. The room was basic, but very clean and functional with all necessary amenities.

Not impressed!!! I do not recommend this hotel simply because the quality of the customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathtub had a dirty film around it and the room smelled very badly. After a 10 hour drive my friend and I were anxiously awaiting to settle into our room. It's bad enough that check-in time was 3:00pm (which was a bit hideous to me), but when we arrived minutes to 3:00pm they said, "I'm very sorry, but we had a full house last night and the rooms aren't cleaned as yet!" We didn't check in and settle into our rooms until 4pm. They did not want to give us a discount either!!! For a Saturday I think their hotel staffing should've been more prepared. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT IS OVER PRICED AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!

Not bad, but not great The service at the front desk was friendly but slow, the hotel was relatively clean, but the room was very small. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. They have valet parking for $25 which is an added convenience.

Perfect Hotel This small, elegant and tasteful hotel was perfect for our visit to the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn where I lived as a child 45 years ago. Great location close to shops, restaurants and walk to beautiful Shore Road Park. Subway access at 85th St., just over a block away on 4th Ave, made trips into the city and to Coney Island a breeze. Nice a.m. breakfast and nice bar to unwind after long fun days of walking and exploring. Room very clean and comfortable. Traveler's tip on local attractions Don’t miss Coney Island while it is still a funky, fun seaside escape. Like horse racing? Don’t miss Hunter’s with its own OTB. Walk down 92nd St for easy access to Shore Road Park and pedestrian crossover to the waterfront.
