Loved the staff, very friendly. The neighborhood was quiet for Manhatten, upper end neighborhood. The staff was friendly & helpful, the staff was multi-lingual which was helpful to other guests. We would stay there in a NY minute. We were offered a discount to get into the comedy club down the street which was awesome. It isn't fancy but it is comfortable, we had a fridge & we had a suite room which worked out great.

I cant tell you enough not to stay here. The first room they gave us was right over an extremely loud exhaust fan from the 24 hour restaurant next door. Could not get any sleep. I asked for another room and it was just as loud. I asked for yet...

Nothing really. It was good overall for the money.“Hotel is very well located in Manhattan, has 24hr pizza places around the corner and a 24hr place for coke, cigarettes, etc. Staff was awesome in the hotel. You can use internet from other hotels...

I loved this place!!! It is a great value and is located in the upper west neighborhoods which for the most part is pretty quiet. It is close to all public transportation. The staff was okay, not overly friendly, but not totally rude. They were there for anything we needed though. The elevators are small, but hey it is NYC you are lucky to even have an elevator. The rooms were clean and they were cleaned everyday. Plenty of towels and great water pressure. We had the suite which was great and the other rooms from what I saw walking by looked to nice also The mini-fridge is great also. It is also close to a greek market which came in very handy. Anytime day or night you could always depend on something to eat or drink. Highly recommend Big Nick's, great food. I would stay here again in a New York minute.

"When we checked-in, the clerk acted as if we were bothering him. The hotel was misleading. It was NOT a two bedroom suite. It was more of a one bedroom and a living room with a bed in it. We were placed in a smoking room even though we requested ...

Staff were friendly and helpful! Went with my family and are planning to go back again. The room was newly furnished and spotless. Maids cleaned daily and to a high standard. Location was great, close enough to everything but far enough away for some peace and quiet. Excellent diner called big nicks just round the corner, would recommend.

We've stayed at a lot of NYC Hotels, and this has been the best value to date. The Superior King looks out over Broadway and is HUGE for a NYC hotel. Windows need replaced, though.
