    The service is excellent, the staff really tries to make you feel at home. As Manhattan goes the rates are good. The location is pretty convenient, Central Park is a decent hike, you can even walk to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The cleanliness was only average though, not that the room was dirty, it just wasn't the Ritz or the Four Seasons.

    We were at the Affinia 50 for 5 nights and have nothing but good things to say. Most importantly, the service was fantastic and not gratuitous. The people were friendly, responsive, and full of suggestions. The Concierge was fantastic and gave us great advice for music, shows, and street fairs! She also took care of many of our arrangements--so easy!

    Just got back from a week-long stay at the 50 - a excellent experience all round - highly recommend in terms of service, location, value, etc.

    We got a good price through Yahoo prepayment. Nice room. Very nice staff. Nice concierge area with wine/cheese and fireplace. Great location.

    I hated this place so much. The service and was excellent though. But i didnt like how it was set up... like the scenery and atmosphere.

    We loved our stay at this hotel. My daughters and I stayed 4 nights. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, great service. And wonderful location. We had a junior suite with kitchen, which we loved. We would highly recommend.

    The rooms in this hotel are huge! I was very surprised on how large they were---My best friend, sister and I were there for five days and it was wondeful! Close walking distance and if you are tired of walking, the doorman is happy to hail you a cab! We loved the city and we loved coming back, after a long exhausting day, to such a cozy room! This trip was wonderful!

    I can't say enough about this hotel, I was a little skeptical at first due to the great price. We put our faith in the other good reviews of this hotel and were not let down. Great staff, great room, great visit to NYC. I will stay there again the next time I go.
