Bentley Hotel Miami

Bad Service, Good Rooms The front desk staff was less than helpful and for the money we paid that upset me. Every time you go into the hotel you get assaulted by a hostess with a menu for the cafe on the first floor. She would literally step in your path to block you from walking around her. None of the staff there speak English with the only exception being some of the front desk staff and of course the crazed menu girl. I realize its Miami but this isn’t the motel 8, get some staff that speak the local language. Oh and the maid stole my fiancées sunglasses because we forgot to put them in the safe one afternoon. Not that we could ask her about it though since I tried to ask her one day if our room was ready and she tore off with full speed Spanish, no clue what she was saying. Traveler's tip on dining Check out Devito’s for a nice (and expensive) place to eat. Best food I had all week! Prime 112 is also very good but make reservations weeks in advance.

The least attentive staff Although the hotel was up to an average traveler’s standards, the staff could not care less how long you wait for their help. They simply did not know how to do their job and had to refer to notes in everything they did. Even a simple key issue took forever and requited two people to do it! Traveler's tip If choosing the Bentley, opt for the 101 Ocean Drive vs the 510 Ocean Drive location.

Spent two nights at the Bentley Beach Hotel mid-February. Great location; oceanfront, within walking distance of all the South Beach action, without being in the midst of the craziness. Beautiful rooms (we had a one bedroom suite, with separate living room, kitchenette, Jacuzzi tub, large ocean view balcony). No restaurant on the property, but plenty of choices within a short walk in any direction. Friendly, attentive staff. Will definitely stay there again, later in the season when it is a touch warmer, and more conducive to beach activity.

When back in Miami I will come straight to The Bentley The hotel is quaint and very nice. The only thing was the water was never warm or hot. Other than that it was wonderfull.

Exceptional hotel at Ocean Drive, perfect location and a really commited team. Everything looks as if brandnew. Worth to consider for everybody who wants to stay in a good spot in the Art Deco District.

Very Nice When we first walked into our room it smelt like garbage. Me being a guy was trying to be positive and not ask for a room change. We found out that the trash was right next to us room 303. We asked the front desk (Ignazio) and he was very accomidating. He moved us to another room which smelt great. The rooms are very nice, most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The pool was very nice as well. Even though from the pictures you would think it was bigger. My wife and I had a cocktail on the roof top before dinner every night. The view was beautiful. Location is great although there is a restaurant downstairs that kept on asking us to eat there every time we left or came back to the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Bentley. The room was spacious and clean. All of the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning hotel nicely located at the start of Ocean Drive. Lovely pool and terrace area available 24hrs, great access to the beach 24hrs too. Will definitely stay again.

This was a great value for the money. I was so pleased, I've stayed in other Hotels in SB for almost the same cost and they were real dumps. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
