Can’t wait to go back Stayed at Beachcomber hotel for one night last week. The room was very well maintained. I actually checked with the front desk and was told that all rooms had just been upgraded. All staff from front desk to housekkeping were polite and friendly. It was great value for money: breakfast, beach chairs and towels were included. Location is perfect: one block away from the beach and walking distance to night clubs, restaurants and shops. Caffe Fiori their on site restaurant offered a nice menu with pasta, pizza and other choices. The service was good and amicable. I’m looking forward to return! Traveler's tip for business travelers Very near Miami Beach Convention Center

We stayed for one night in December 06. Basic room but very handy for Ocean Drive shops and restaurants and good price. Friendly and helpful staff.

Unfriendly We did not feel welcome in any way. There are much better places in South Beach.

This was the worst experience with this hotel and the worst customer service and rudeness that I have ever experience. There were no towels. We couldn't ever sit on the hotel terrace because that was their policy. The front desk was rude to us and had I don't care attitude regarding this matter. I will be faxing a complaint regarding this matter, you all should choose a better selection of hotels to advertise or market.

just ok I had been in the hotel three times before and the staff was much nicer. They seemed a bit careless this time.

Although location is excellent, I won't recommend this hotel. The smell of moisture which indicates fungus is terrible and bathrooms definitely needs renovation. Staff is not bad, but also not more as moderate. Breakfast is poor, so go out to Collins Av or Lincoln Rd. Find a hotel between 1st and 20th street.

Great place! Very nice simple, art deco, small, well kept hotel one block from the main strip of South Beach.

This hotel is centrally located in South Beach. Has parking for cars at their 'sister' hotel just a block away (the Nassau). The staff were helpful at keeping the room clean and providing beach towels. Really enjoyed my stay and was pleasantly surprised after having had low expectations (based on some mixed reviews I had read on the Internet). Other than some noisy guests one night on my floor, can't say that there is anything I didn't like about the hotel. While not exactly "bubbly," the staff were helpful and did their jobs as expected. A great deal for the price.

Good for a weekend trip, but not for an extended stay We had a little trouble with the staff, who had a little of a bad attitude, when it came to checking in. Overall, we really liked the location and the room was decent. Traveler's tip on dining Eating near the hotel is very expensive so try to go somewhere a little further out, away from Collins and Oceans Ave.

This hotel is awesome for the price. The location is fabulous, and the overall decor is very cute. My only complaint is regarding the bed... could have been more comfortable. Otherwise though, a great value!
