This place has a lot of potential but under the current management ownership it is one level higher than a dump. Rather than go into lengthy details, the rooms are dirty with no furniture. There is a lot of marble but I could not even walk on the floor with no shoes. Basically this place is good for spring breakers and younger people who want to party and don't care about service or a clean room. Our room number was 213 and there were buggers on the walls no curtains or drapes just blinds that were broken and bent. The noise from the street and hotel guest was all night. We went to bed between 1:00am and 2:00am and the noise lasted until 5:00am. To sum it up if you don't care about where you sleep and just want a place to keep your clothes and lay your head down then stay here. PS:

the location of the hotel on ocean boulevard at south beach is wonderful. The hotel is small and, the rooms on the back side are, considering the location, rather quiet.

The stay at Beach Paradise Hotel The stay at Beach Paradise Hotel, was not a very pleasant stay. ( reason’s are stated below)... * The room I reserved was not available( i understand that, because of the last minute situation)... * The air-condition was not working, or unless they just decided to cut the air off in my room... * When I ask for extra towels, never recieved... * NO ROOM SERVICE NEVER CAME TO THE ROOM ( Change sheets or provided extra towels)... * The disturbance at 7:00am in the morning, about a complaint do to the previous night was really unnecessary.... I can seat here for hours complaining about the unpleasant stay but it wouldn’t be worth the time!!! Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Know what hotel you are really into before visiting...

I stayed at this hotel Memorial Day weekend. I am in the under 25 crowd and I have stayed at other hotels in South Beach. Honestly, this place is not the Ritz- Carlton or the Plaza but, it is right across from the Ocean. I have stayed at better hotels and I have stayed at worse (El Greco, Atlantic City). It is on the strip in South Beach. The point is to party. If you want some quiet stay on Washington or Collins. When we checked in the room they initially gave us had food wrappers on table but, they gave us a different room without any problems. Nothing is perfect. Good if you just want to party and don't plan on living in the hotel the whole vacation.

Seemingly Shocked! I have stayed at many of the hotels on the strip and this was just as fine. No complaints. The receptionist answered all my questions. Housekeeping was fine. The room was a nice size. Bathroom was big. Everything was clean. Air conditioner was cold. Great little snack shop in front. Restaurant was good. When in Miami you are rarely in the room just to sleep and shower! Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Don’t valet! Rent a car and park at the meters/ticket booths! Much cheaper! Eat on Colins Ave or Washington Ave to save on food! Cvs and Walgreens within walking distance! Go to Bayside and CocoWalk! Mango’s! Wet Willie’s! Good Time!

Pretty Darn Good Unless your staying in a luxury hotel, the pickings are pretty slim in South Beach. My room was very clean. If your going to South Beach to party and you just need a room to sleep in, this hotel is for you. I have stayed at many other 2star hotels in South Beach. This hotel is the best! Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Go to Mangos! The wings are awesome.

good for the price we booked the room for a spring break last minute. the price I felt was very reasonable especially last minute. They had a parking lot which was also cheap for the whole weekend. The ceiling in the shower is the only thing in the room that I had an issue with. The elevator in the hotel is old, but I did not feel unsafe and i did like the antiqueness of it.

I had no clue All I have to say is that I’m not familiar with that section of south beach. All the hotels are very old and I was looking for something a little more modern. The room temp is out of your control and I will say no more
