VERY NICE HOTEL This hotel is very nice place, clean, comfortable, easy to arrive, near to every things, malls, banks, pharmacy, cheaper. When I will go back to miami I am sure that I go back to this hotel.Thank you.

Do not believe in airport shutlle service Do not saty at this hotel if you need to be picked up and dropped off at the airport during late hours.

Will directly to the hotel from now on.

Not Impressed The hotel's ok for a short stay like a day or two max. Definitely not recommended for 3 or more days stay. The continental breakfast was awful.

Quietest Hotel I have ever used! I was so surprised at how quiet it was. Location was okay, and staff was helpful. I would use this hotel again.

Not Impressed The hotel lobby was attractive, but went down from there. The carpeting in the halls were worn and stained. The hotel staff barely spoke english and it was impossible to have questions answered. The staff offered little to no service or attention to it’s customers.

Meets our needs for an overnight stay. Hotel suited our needs for just an over night stay to go on our cruise. Need more tips on how to arrive at the Miami port. One couple gave us a great tip. Hotel may think about offering shuttle service to Miami port for a fee that is competitive from the airport and from the cruise lines. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Take shuttle back to airport, grab a taxi to the Miami port. Flat rate to pier from airport since hotel does not offer this service.

Will not stay there again My husband stayed there for only one night and he won't be back. The staff was not helpful and the hotel needs a lot of work done to it.
