The hotel overall was good, the room was big and nice, and kind of minimalist modern decorated. We got concerns with common areas, there were not too much, the breakfast was very poor, any breakfast in Europe is better. Also we got an extra fee for the taxes of the county or something like that, that was about $12 a day, else the sales taxes of 6%, that was not included in the price shown by Venere. In the 7 hotels I reserved by Venere in Europe, the price shown in the webpage was it, including taxes and everything.

It´s a good-small hotel. Near beach. Good staff. The price for me it´s a little expensive, but it´s recommended.

It´s a old hotel, but it´s very good. Clean, good service and a friendly staff. I only think that it´s too expensive. There are best options. But it´s recommended !!

This hotel is perfect for some single friends to go check out south beach, or a romantic get-away. The bathroom was all marble and very beautiful. The staff was ever so courteous and helpful. The valet parking was very convenient, $25 a day may seem much but you have access 24 hrs, so you can have them park and get your car as often as you like. It’s really close to Club Mansion and bed is right across the street. Wet Willies is just a brisk walk from there and interior common spaces are very trendy. The room itself is nice, very nice layout. Don't expect to use the fridge because it’s full of mini bar items. Overall I loved my stay there and look forward to doing it again.

Very impressed! The Astor is a very hip, art-deco style hotel with totally updated modern furnishings. Located just two blocks from the beach, but far enough from the main drag to escape all the noise. The activity fee gives you beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as wireless internet access. Overall it is an impressive facility. Traveler's tip on dining Try Pizza Rustica, just two blocks from the hotel for some very different, but absolutely delicious pizza

The hotel was lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Convenient to all shops and bars on Washington. Location was great! 2 blocks from the beach. Would have been nice to have a pool though.
