So Funny !!! Free internet service only in the Lobby!! I'm sitting in front of the lobby to write this Review. No internet access in the room, you can see everyone carrying the notebook walking around the lobby, When you ask the reception , someone said yes, someone said internet is Fixing. Funny Hotel.

Most of the staff had a poor command of English. I asked for an ice machine and was almost sent across the street to a gas station because they thought I was asking for an automatic teller machine. The Cuban music at the restaurant next door...

Needs a lesson in cleanliness The lobby gave the impression that you were stepping into a three star hotel. The actual rooms left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The carpet in the room was dirty. The bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned in months. We booked here because we were staying overnight for a cruise. If we were staying longer, I would have checked out and found another hotel. I would not use this hotel again.

Only stayed one night after landing at Miami but found the hotel to be clean, tidy and very convenient and would definitely use again. Whilst ideal for airport unless you want to drive we found not a great deal near by though but hotel resturant and bar were ideal.

Not only was the staff incredibly rude, but one week after my departure from the "hotel", a balance of $1500 dollars appeared on my credit card!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!! Apparently, this is not the first time this has happened...

REGENCY HOTEL It’s OK for a short time, does not have enough amenities. Wireless Internet its very necessary, and they don’t have it.
