I cannot rate this hotel as when we got there, despite booking over two months ago they were over booked and sent us to another hotel 6 miles further out.

What you’d expect for the price It’s a Best Western in Des Plaines, that should say it all. The price is okay but don’t expect anything fancy. Breakfast was very poor and the service at times was marginal. A good 2 star hotel that’s a 15 minute walk from the Des Plaines METRA stop and a 15 minute cab ride to O’Hare.

Pleasant Hotel This was my second stay in four years. It is conveniently located to town and to O’Hare Intl Aprt. Staff were pleasant and responsive to requests. My grandson enjoyed the lap pool. The floor could have been cleaner and touched up during our six day stay. I would give it a good recommendation.

Good location, but not great service the location was perfect for my family, but we all had issues with room keys and actually seeing staff at check in.
