Ok Hotel This hotel is a good hotel to stay in for one night. Nothing special, but nothing too bad. The only real complaint I had was that the A/C was set so that it would only stay on low.

I call the night before we stay and I ask them if the hot/spa was working they said yes, we got there and we found the spa had been broke for two days previous to our stay, rooom the locks did not work and so is the air c. I kill two spiders and there was hair in the beds. is not worth the money you going to spent on this hotel plus traffic is bad going downtown.

Ask for the Newer Rooms I stayed in the new wind and had a beaythiful room with black leather frunitire and a flat screen TV. My team mate ended up in the older section and had a very differnt experience - dated and worn furnishings.

Convenient but lacking in a few areas The complimentary shuttle to the "L" at O’hare was a great convenience to our family as we did not want to drive to and from downtown during our stay. Our room was clean and in order when we arrived. However the hotel is in need of some updating and we were missed for housekeeping service on our second day. The manager was appologetic and promptly supplied us with new towels and coffee.

Great Stay The stay couldn’t have been better. Very nice pool, the room was small but clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly. For the price you can’t beat it! Traveler's tip on dining Try the Spaghetti Warehouse across the street. Great food and easy on the wallet.

Good Value For the least expensive hotel that offers a free shuttle to O’Hare International, this is the best hotel available!
