General Manager The Best Western Chicago Hillside has had a problem in the past with the adjacent landfill. That problem in the past was beyond our control. However the landfill has completed three quarters of the closing process by capping off the landfill and installing a gas collection system that is recycling the gas and selling it to the local utility company. In over two months now we have not had one complaint about any odors. At the same time we have completed a multi-million dollar renovation that as a result our rooms are being compared to 4 and 5 star properties in the area. We regret your past experience and hope that you will give us the opportunity to see the new and improved property as over 5000 people do every month when they are our guest. With a new property with a new "air" about us we are dedicated to giving our guests a first class experience at a reasonable cost. Thank You.
