Friendly Staff was very friendly - especially housekeeping. The room smelled old.

Service with a smile I missed the convenience of a suite, but for the money this is a very nice hotel and one of the few who do not discriminate against smokers. The room was clean and the staff was pleasantly helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed my stay with them. T

Great breakfast Great low price for a chain hotel. The Continental breakfast was not coffee and rolls, but a complete breakfast featuring waffles, breakfast burritos, oatmeal, juices, cereal, and even biscuits and sausage gravy. Great location, great price, and greater breakfast.

very helpful! one member of our party had special needs which the Inn was very helpful with. Such a thing as eight or ten extra pillows to make her comfortable was much appreciated.

Great place to stay in Chicago We had a wonderful time in Chicago and the Batmont Inn was past of the fun. The staff was helpful in providing directions, the breakfast was a plus - all in all if I was headed to Chicago I would stay at the Baymont Inn in Hoffman again. Traveler's tip on dining We ate at Grace O’Mally’s Pub and the Firehouse Restaurant both in downtown and they were wonderful! We also saw Wicked on Saturday night and that was a must see.
