housekeeping needs to step it up although the hotel was fine for the most part, we were put originally in a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. When we stayed in our clean room, it took too long for them to clean up the room the next day, and they didnt clean it all. the pull out that our son stayed in was not made up. not impressed with housekeeping.

it was ok... First off, I picked this hotel because it had smoking rooms available. When I got there, there was a notice that it has been smoke free since January. The light in our bathroom was burnt out but the evening manager brought a replacement quickly. We also rented a movie one night which repeatedly cut out. The Starbucks coffee with the complimentary breakfast was nice, but any food available for purchase was over priced.

I will go back Overall it was a great stay!

Hyatt Place is a Great Place We have a family of six and most times it is hard to find one room big enough for all of us. This hotel not only satisfied that need, but the room still felt spacious even with all of us. It was very clean and I will certainly stay at this hotel on our next trip to Chicago. I was very impressed. In fact, the only negative I can think of isn’t really a negative at all. The size of the in room TV was 42" and it almost seemed to be too big. Great Hotel.
