Excellent Service! Will stay again. The amenities of this hotel are virtually endless! The rooms are very spacious, complete all the amenities a person may need. Wi-Fi internet access is offered throughout the hotel. There is a whirlpool tub on the first floor and a fitness center on the fifth floor. I enjoyed the whirlpool very much. During my stay, the staff was in the process of replacing the mattresses. The bed in my room was very comfortable, much like my own bed at home! There isn’t a restaurant inside the hotel, but it does offer a great breakfast with a wide variety of items. There is also an IHOP, a Denny’s and a few other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The front desk staff and the shuttle van drivers were all very friendly and helpful! I have no complaints about this hotel and will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the Chicago area. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay When traveling into the city from the Jameson Suites, be sure to allow plenty of time. It takes about 1 hour to get from Arlington Heights into the city. The hotel shuttle service will provide transportation within a five mile radius of the hotel. There is a Metra train station close to the hotel that can be taken to various suburbs and into the city. The Blue Line is accessible from the Jefferson Park Metra station, which goes into downtown. The Blue Line is inexpensive with a CTA Visitor Pass.

What more can you ask for Perfect for the Price! Wow! What a staff was the thought constantly going through my head after we left the Jameson Suites. My wife and I stayed there June 19th - 22nd and constantly talked about the way they treated us. The only negative to staying there is the distance to downtown and no places around to really party (ok, ok, so we like to dance). Now for the good, the room was spacious and clean and worked out really well due to the included refrigerator, microwave, sink, and even a set of dishes. The shuttle they provide will take you places that are within a radius of the hotel and even gets you to the Metra train station which you can take to get to the CTA train line which gets you downtown and around the sights and sounds. We liked the CTA because you can ride the trains as well as the buses just be prepared to walk, it’s so much cheaper than dealing with expensive Taxis (we recommend the 3 day pass for $12.00) . The place was clean, quiet, and a great bargain. The most important thing the hotel offers is the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Ryan, Cathey, Dave, Jose’, Nick, and everyone else helped us to really enjoy Chicago and more importantly the "people".Thanks again guys we will be back! Traveler's tip on dining You must eat at Johnny’s which is in walking distance from the hotel and serves a mouthwatering Italian Beef sandwich and the best Italian Lemonade I’ve ever tasted. The hotel employees spoke highly of the place and I can see why, not expensive and well worth the experience. The hotel breakfast in the morning is more than enough and also is a good touch.

Messy Check-in Had booked a two-bed non-smoking room. Flight was late and we checked-in after midnight. First we were directed to the 4th floor which smelled like smoke. I opened the door and the room was occupied. On our second try we were directed to the 3rd floor to a room that had an ashtray on the table. Finally, on our third try we were sent back to the 3rd floor to a one-bed non-smoking room. We decided to stay there before we had to go down to the front desk for a fourth time. Other than that, our stay was fine. Breakfast was good and plenty. Traveler's tip There is a very large open park nearby, on the other side of the highway, with walking and biking trails, and beautiful lakes. I discovered it a little too late, but it is a good place to relax, exercise, or read a good book.

PERFECT What can I say, I loved this hotel. We stayed here for a little under a week on our honeymoon and traveled into the city by train. The room we booked was a little small but worth the great rate. The breakfast was the best part, with quite a selection of waffles, eggs, sausages, etc. The room was clean, cozy, and the hotel staff was very friendly and went out there way to make us feel comfortable. They also had internet access in the lobby which was a huge perk. I will be coming back to the Jameson Suites very soon. Traveler's tip Less than 5 mintues from the metra train station for city travel. Also very close to the airport.

VERY nice, very affordable! The Jameson Suites in Arlington Heights is a very nice, affordable option for travelers. I had to book the hotel for my parents who were stuck at the last minute in Chicago on their way to Holland. They LOVE it! It’s an older building but very nicely renovated. The beds are nice and stiff, the FREE hot breakfast buffet is wonderful. Their only complaint is that the pillows are too soft and get hot. My mother is very sensitive to heat. They HIGHLY recommend the Jameson Suites for anyone looking for something affordable, yet VERY nice and appointed.

Can’t beat the value! I was very pleased with the hotel overall, especially for the cost. The room was clean, and the bed was as good as any in hotels costing 3-4 times as much. Breakfast buffet was just OK, but adequate. Decent restaurants nearby. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay If you’re going to the NW suburbs, and cost is a consideration, it would be hard to beat!
