Very impressed My husband and I stayed for 3 nights and it was well worth it! We checked in late at night and worried that they might give us a so-so room, but was impressed with both the quick check-in process and the room they gave us. The hotel is very clean and modern in design, not to mention the free parking and continental breakfast (which includes freshly brewed starbucks coffee). We will definitely stay here again =) Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Parking is expensive in the city so take advantage of the trolley tours and plan where to park your car for the rest of the day (weekday and weekend rates vary). The hotel is approx 20 mins from the airport and 30 mins from Chicago’s famous landmarks, i.e. Sears tower. If you love Thai food, pls take time to have a 12-course-dinner at Arun’s (well worth the money you’re going to spend).

Chicago’s best hotel The hotel was so nice and clean. I liked the furnitures of the room and the internet service. Also the kitchen and the breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel to stay.

Nice place with a few drawbacks This hotel is newly and nicely decorated. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was freezing (indoor pool, heater not on). This was a huge disappointment. Also, the free breakfast left much to be desired (cold cereal, toast, fruit). You can purchase food & drink from the hotel, but the prices are very expensive. Hotel staff and service was exceptional. Location about 1.5 miles away from free-parking for Metra Train station. Drive into Itasca and park at the beautiful Metra train station. Ride into Chicago about 25-30 minutes. Unlimited weekend Metra pass $5.00. Great deal and VERY easy.

Fantastic, Awesome, Perfect We used this hotel for our weekend getaway. We loved it. I usually "re-clean" hotel room that I stay in because they are never clean enough, but this one was super clean. The breakfast was great. Ordering food was fast and simple and very reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows. Can’t forget to mention the flat screen! We will be returning to this hotel for our next Chicago trip.

Thank you so much for your nice service!! This hotel was excellent. The rooms were incredibly clean, big and well designed. The staff was very friendly and very helpful what I want. The breakfast was good. I could catch the train by hotel’s car. They could serve it very well. It took us just 5 minutes to get there. You can buy train ticket in Metra. It also took us 40 minutes. But it was a great time Cuz my children liked to take a train very much. Even When I went back to O’hare international airport, they took a ride for my family. I was very impressed with that. Thank you so much for your nice service. It’s a good way to get City Pass before you take a trip to Chicago in internet. We all enjoyed Museum of Science and Industry and Field Museum.

Great hotel We were impressed with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the TV was awesome! It has very accomodating electronic access for a variety of items. 24 hour Starbucks in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Only negative is that it had a small bathroom. It’s a very updated and modern hotel. We will stay again.

Great Find - easy in, easy out, clean, comfortable, LARGE room! Not sure if the rate was a special (it was Christmas night so not many cars in the lot), but the room was huge and the hotel seems very new and was squeaky clean. The room - more like a mini suite - had a 42" flat panel TV (w/easy connections for other inputs - I connected my laptop so we could watch DVD’s), a sink and small fridge. 2 full size beds AND a large fold-out sleeper sofa. Free wi-fi, continental breakfast, and only about 20 minutes to O’Hare. Self check-IN available (very quick and very easy). Highly recommended!
