My wife & I stayed for 1 night prior to going on the Alaska cruise. The hotel is extremely well placed for the cruise terminals. The room was huge and had a very comfortable bed and excellent facilities. Spotless room and the staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is very handy for downtown and just around the corner from "Gas town" and its various types of shops . Eating in the hotel restruant was a bit pricey but if you walked down to Canada Place Cruise Terminal there was a food mall serving various types of food from Chinese to Cuban.

I usually rent the same apartment every year, but had to stay in a hotel. I'm so glad that it was this one. I stayed for a week during the Christmas holiday and I got sick with the flu on Christmas eve. The hotel had room service send up tea and toast to me, at no charge. I was better by the next day.

Rooms were large, beds and bedding were above average. Great downtown location. Parking fees were ridiculous, ($25). Try garage directly behind hotel, you can park for $10.

The service was outstanding. The hotel was a great choice for our family of four. Nice open rooms. Close to the Seabus and to Gastown. We wished we had more than one night to stay here & explore Vancouver!

Our suite was roomy enough for our family of 4 to rest/sleep comfortably. We also enjoyed the pool & gym facilities. The best part was the location -- so close to Gastown, the sea bus station and several great restaurants.

The service was wonderful in every way! My family and I were treated like royalty there. We will be returning there the next time we go to vancouver.
