I read reviews of this hotel before we went and was a bit apprehensive. We paid for a "coast comfort" room, but ended up being upgraded to a king room/ suite. it's basically an apartment. the fridge and kitchen decor were aged and unstylish, but...

The hotel was ok. The main part that frustrated me is that there was only 1 ice machine servicing the whole building (of 36 floors) on level 19. Also, there were only 3 coke machines, 1 of which only worked on level 22.

Our stay was short but very satisfactory and we encountered no problems. This property is absolutely recommended for a stay.

While the room was very clean, it was also very dated, 1970's style, it has not been updated in years. The lobby has been updated.

Great Location and helpful, friendly staff The hotel worked out great. I got there with my two young adult sons and asked for a roll-away right away. Instead, for a slight increase in the cost per night I got a suite with my own room and two more beds for the boys! I loved it and it was on an upper floor where we could see much of the beauty of the city. The staff were great and very helpful and accommodating. I high recommend the hotel. Get the one bedroom suite - for some privacy with your kids! A fridge, kitchen and microwave really helped out!
