What a great hotel, got a super deal including $10 voucher for food. Room was huge with kitchenette. Location was very central to everything, easy walking in both directions. Sky train 5 mins away. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Not the greatest service... The hotel was nice looking and the people in the restaurant were very nice, otherwise not very good service. The front desk people were very rude, a dark-haired woman stared me up and down while speaking to me very rudely at the desk as well as on the phone. They were not very helpful or friendly when we needed help or had simple questions. Also the pool area is very rundown. This was the first time I have tried this hotel in Vancouver, and it was definitely the worst of the few I have stayed at. They need to retrain their hotel staff, especially the front desk!!...and it would be alot better!! Traveler's tip on shopping Great shopping...close to Robson and many chic restaurants!!

Really loved this hotel . The décor in the room was not terribly modern but the suite had plenty of space and all the facilities that anyone could need. This was really great value for money. I will definitely stay here again.
