This hotel is located in a very convenient spot for people who are doing business or visiting in the Burnaby/new Westminster area. The rooms are clean, and the people at the desk and room service are very accommodating to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. There were pubic hairs on the floor in the bathroom, head hairs in the shower, and the room carpet had particulates on it (it had obviously not been vacuumed since the prior residents were there). Nearby our door, someone had left a glass of dirty water with extinguished cigarettes in it. There were no windows to open to the outside and it felt very stuffy. The controls on the air conditioning unit did not make it possible to have a comfortable interior climate, it seemed to be either arctic conditions or too hot and stuffy. It felt, overall, like a sleazy motel. I feel like we were taken advantage of when I compare the amount we paid to the experience we had.
