The hotel rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and the room was quiet. Central location, walking distance to everything for those who like to walk. Overall, it was tough to beat for the price and location.

Very loud and obscene crew out on the street. They will party till 4 am and keep you up with them which may be good if that is what you looking for.

Unfortunate location The hotel is near the "elbow room", a well known local breakfast place.

Great Location The Hotel was located in a great spot for walking to many event locations. Near the Commodore room, movies, and a great Irish Pub called Johnnie Fox’s Irish Snug. Great food, drinks, and people. There was a little too much smut adult stores near, but no one bothered me and i just passed it by. Highly recommend this hotel. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Go to gastown, check out stanley park, and go to Capilano suspension bridge for cool nature walk.

This is pretty much like any other best Western. It's clean, simple with nothing special.

Not Impressed I was especially disapointed in the customer service. The gentleman at the front desk was the rudest I have ever dealt with and will not be staying at this hotel on any of my future business trips.... EVER. Thank you for your time. Traveler's tip on local attractions I had the opportunity to visit The Capilano Suspension Bridge. It was wonderful and would be a great place to take the whole family!! Another great experience in my opinion is The Grouse Mountain Sky Ride. This would especially be enjoyable at night with the one you love.

Overall, a nice place and location, friendly staff and reasonably priced. Just avoid the hotel restaurant! There are lots of great restaurants in the area though.

Satisfied with stay The lobby and rooms were fine; however, the carpets in the hallways(8th floor)were quite dirty. The staff was quick to respond to any concerns that we had.
