+ Staff were very helpful and hotel was clean and tidy. - My only concern was that the room we had was very small and made dressing and changing become a real art.

I highly recommend the refurbished suites and apartments if you are in London on business or for work, as I was. Cooking and laundry facilities in your room are of excellent quality, the room is small but efficient, and the standard of maintenance and cleanliness was excellent. The continental breakfast is included, and is of good quality and very good size. Three minutes walk from Paddington Station is another bonus. The front office staff were also excellent: friendly and professional.

The hotel has recently done up it's suites and are very well furnished with all the required comfort... full kitchen, washer, dryer, DVD + TV, bedrooms. Very comfortable for long stays.

+ Beautiful entrance hall that gives a wonderful first impression - I chose the hotel mainly because of the fact that it had a carpark we could use, but when we got there it was being refurbished so we couldn't use it and had to pay £19 to park for the whole day- it would have been massively appreciated if someone told us so we could have chosen another hotel! staff were rude and unhelpful, room was definitely not up to the same beautiful standard as the entrance hall, hotel should make customers aware that that have to travel through congestion charge areas to get to the hotel.

+ Exclellent location, good for getting into a green space ( hyde park). - Rooms are a bit small and "hostel-like" with no frills. however ok for the money, and everything worked. public spaces very smart. staff helpful and pleasant. quick service in the breakfast room.

+ A centrally located hotel with the best price and a beautiful layout. - The rooms can be rather too warm and not always easy to ventilate. The shower are, unfortunately ,on the small size.

- Room and breakfast were youth-hostel like, the price was not at all!

+ friendliness and efficiency of staff (reception and dining room) - the bed in the next room (451?) was rather noisy at night. Needs replacing?

- Was palced in a grond floor room which was next to a door that seem to be for all the cleaning staff to go through. with the constand banging and chatting outside the room leed to a very early wake up call !!!
